At Mountain Park Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, PLLC , we know that everyone has different contraints on his or her time and resources. We are pleased to offer in-home, in-office health care for those that are too busy, those with physical limitations or those with travel difficulties.  

We offer in home or in-office sick visits, well visits, lab draws, urinalysis, EKGs, and more. Call our office and we can schedule convenient time for one of our health care professionals to come to you for quick and effective treatment and diagnosis of your issues.

We can draw most labs during your visit and get the results in 24 hours in most cases.  Complete Blood Count, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, TSH, Lipid Panel, HgbA1C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and many more. 

Feeling under the weather and you do not want to make the long trip to the local urgent care or walk-in clinic? We can help with that issue. Starting on a 2-day schedule and expanding as we grow, we can make same day visits and get you feeling better in no time. Prescriptions can be sent to the pharmacy, lab tests collected if needed and a treatment plan in place before we leave your home or office. 

We do not file insurance but can provide you with a receipt in order to file for taxes.  If you have a high-deductible plan, you will know what the charges are so there are no surprises.

Regular visit (existing patient) $250

Labs routine- CBC, CMP, TSH, Lipid Panel, HgbA1C  $200 (other labs available)
