Family Medicine- Same Day Available

At Mountain Park Medical , we know that everyone has different constraints on his or her time and resources. We are pleased to offer exclusive in-office health care for those that need medical attention with same-day appointments available. We do not file insurance but are happy to give you all the information you need to give to your insurance company to ensure your appointment goes towards your deductible.

We offer in-office sick visits, well visits, lab draws, urinalysis, EKGs, and more. Call our office and we can schedule convenient time with one of our health care professionals for a quick and effective treatment and diagnosis of your issues.

We can draw most labs during your visit and get the results in 24 hours in most cases.  Complete Blood Count, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, TSH, Lipid Panel, HgbA1C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and many more. 

We do not file insurance but can provide you with a receipt in order to file for taxes.  If you have a high-deductible plan, you will know what the charges are so there are no surprises.

Initial visit (new patient) $135

Regular visit (existing patient) $95

Labs routine- CBC, CMP, TSH, Lipid Panel, HgbA1C  $150 (other labs available)

Same day sick visit (same day) $95

Sick visit in-office testing- additional charges may apply
